This minced meat roll is included in the keto recipes column because it is prepared with low-carb products. The breadcrumbs, which are traditionally added to such rolls, have been replaced with almond flour.

Required products :

  • 220 grams of mozzarella (fresh)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 500 grams of minced meat of your choice

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 175 degrees.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Mix the egg with the almond flour, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Stir and finally add the minced meat, knead.

Put 2/3 of the mixture in the center of the prepared pan and form a rectangle, lift the edges, and in the center leave a lower part in which to put the mozzarella. Cover with the remaining minced meat.

Bake until the roll is browned. Wait 15 minutes to cool before cutting.
