How To Cook Roll Of Minced Meat With Vegetable Stuffing - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 3 tablespoons frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them in oil until they change color.

Grate a carrot, add it to the dish, let it simmer briefly and remove the vegetables from the heat.

Season the minced meat to taste, pour 4 tablespoons of water, the egg and beat everything with a mixer.

Add the corn and peas to the onion, garlic and carrot. Then mix with the minced meat, add cumin, parsley, salt, if necessary and knead.

 

Grease with oil a suitable form (you can use the fat in which you fried onions).

Spread half of the minced meat on a flat surface, arrange thin slices of yellow cheese and then put the remaining minced meat.

 

With wet hands, form a roll and place it in the prepared dish. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

 

Serve the roll with vegetable salad.
