  • 500 grams of pork neck meat
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion

  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated

  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 2-3 finely chopped potatoes

 

for the milk sauce

 

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 grams of flour
  • 300 grams of cow's yogurt
  • 20 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt, pepper and juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:

 

If you use fresh vine leaves, you should scald them in salted water. Spread the leaves so that you can roll them, put a sheet of aluminum foil under them. In a saucepan, heat the fat and fry the onions, garlic, carrots and tomatoes.

Stir and add the finely chopped pork, potatoes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin to taste. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes and cool. Distribute the filling lengthwise in the middle of the leaves and with the help of the foil wrap a tight roll.
