How To Cook Roll Of Zucchini And Cottage Cheese With Parsley And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of zucchini
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 raw eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 300 grams of cottage cheese
  • connection dill and parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the peeled zucchini, add salt, wait 10 minutes and then drain the liquid.

 

Separate the egg whites and yolks.

 

Mix the yolks with the zucchini in a bowl, add the flour with baking powder, sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

Then carefully add the pre-whipped egg whites.

 

Spread the mixture in a pan on well-greased parchment. You can put whole parsley leaves on top of the leaves before pouring the dough, so you will get a beautifully decorated roll.

 

Bake the base for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

 

When you take it out, place it on a dry cloth along with the parchment.

While the marsh cools, make the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with the chopped dill, parsley and garlic. If necessary, add salt. Stir.

 

Apply an even layer of the mixture on the vegetable layer and use the paper to form a roll.

 

Refrigerate for 3 hours.

 

Then cut into pieces and enjoy the cold appetizer.
