Required products :

  • 2-3 zucchini
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2-3 bunches of dill and / or parsley
  • 100-150 grams of mayonnaise
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 6-8 tablespoons flour
  • 100-200 milliliters of oil
  • 1-1.5 teaspoons of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the washed zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.

 

Add salt and leave for 10 minutes.

 

Cut the yellow cheese into thin slices.

 

Peel the garlic.

 

Cut the tomatoes into cubes or shapes of your choice, it is important that the slices are not large.

 

Beat the eggs.

 

Roll the zucchini in the flour.

 

Then dip in the eggs.

 

Fry in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
