How To Cook Salad Of Green Beans, Squid And Fresh Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of squid
300 grams of fresh potatoes
200 grams of green beans
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 bunch parsley, arugula or dill
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf
mixture of different types of ground pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the potatoes well, you may not peel them. Boil until ready in salted water, in which put 1 bay leaf. Then drain the liquid and allow the potatoes to cool.

Boil the green beans until ready. About 5-7 minutes are enough. Drain the water and cut.

Clean the squid and cut into thin strips. If you use frozen, defrost them first.

Peel an onion, cut it into thin circles. Mash the garlic with a press and finely chop the green spices.

Sprinkle onions with sugar, sprinkle with vinegar, olive oil and leave for a while.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the squid in it successively, then the sliced ​​boiled potatoes, until a golden crust forms on their surface. Let cool slightly.

Put the prepared products (potatoes, green beans, squid) in the salad bowl. Add the green spices, garlic and onion, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and the salad is ready.
