How To Cook Salad Snowmen From Rice, Corn And Crab Rolls - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup boiled rice
  • 1 can of canned corn (380 grams)
  • 100 grams of crab rolls
  • 3 eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • onion
  • left

To roll the "lower balls" can be used:

  • coconut shavings
  • grated egg whites
  • grated yellow cheese or other type of cheese

For marinating onions:

  • 5 tablespoons vinegar 6%
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For decoration:

  • carrots
  • peppercorns, olive pieces
  • fennel stalks or other green spice

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and peel. Cut onions into circles, put in a bowl and pour the marinade prepared from 5 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 5 tablespoons of water. Let stand in it for 20 minutes.

Then grind together the eggs, onion, crab rolls, boiled rice and corn. Add mayonnaise to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

From the resulting mixture form balls of different sizes, which roll in coconut shavings, grated boiled egg whites or cheese.

"Assemble" snowmen and "revive" them by giving them expression with the help of black peppercorns, for example, mouth and nose from pieces of carrot. You can make carrot hats and handles out of green stalks or shape them as your imagination tells you.
