Learn how to cook "Salad with mushrooms, fried onions and barley". Delicious recipe.
Delicious and filling salad with mushrooms , fried crispy onions and peeled barley. You can prepare it for lunch in the office and get fiber, vitamins (group B) and minerals (zinc, magnesium iron).

Method of preparation :
Boil the barley in salted water for 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain and pour into a pan, spread on its surface and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until crispy - about 5-7 minutes.
Using a slotted spatula, transfer it to paper to drain. Season with salt.
Heat olive oil in a pan and when it is clogged, put the mushrooms, fry them until golden. Season with salt and pepper and continue frying until browned.
Reduce the heat and add the thyme, garlic and butter. Tilt the pan towards you and pour the foam over the mushrooms several times.
Transfer them to a plate and leave the thyme and garlic in the bowl.
Mix barley with chopped coriander, parsley, pour lemon juice and add parmesan. Pour 2 tablespoons of the fat in which you fried onions and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the mushrooms and stir.
Before serving, sprinkle with crispy onions and add a few thin strips of bacon.
