Method of preparation:
Make an herbal dressing by mixing olive oil with dry spices and hot pepper. Leave to stand for at least 1-2 hours. In a bowl put the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions.
Wash, dry and cut the purslane. Add it to the salad, garnish with a plate of cheese and season with herb olive oil. Cool and serve the salad with an aperitif of your choice.
