How To Cook Salad With Pink Tomatoes, Herbal Cheese And Purslane - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of pink tomatoes
  • 1-2 peeled cucumbers
  • 1 head of garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of cheese on a plate
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1-2 handfuls of fresh purslane
  • 1 green pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Make an herbal dressing by mixing olive oil with dry spices and hot pepper. Leave to stand for at least 1-2 hours. In a bowl put the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions.

Wash, dry and cut the purslane. Add it to the salad, garnish with a plate of cheese and season with herb olive oil. Cool and serve the salad with an aperitif of your choice.
