How To Cook Salad With Roasted Pumpkin And Feta Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 small pumpkin violin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 slices of bread (preferably with yeast) cut into cubes
  • 200 grams of feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup sherry or wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 head radishes

Method of preparation :

Cut the pumpkin lengthwise and then clean it and cut into thin slices. Season with salt, pepper, spread with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Arrange the slices in a tray lined with paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. After the specified time, turn the slices and sprinkle with the cubes of bread and feta cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.

Mix vinegar, honey, thyme, olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Chop the radicchio leaves and mix them with the roasted pumpkin. Pour the resulting dressing over the products and stir to combine.
