Required products :

  • 12-15 green tomatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, peeled and halved
  • 1 link coriander
  • h teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 hot jalapeno pepper without seeds
  • 3 large hot peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Grind onions, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers with 4-5 pulses in a food processor until they acquire a uniform consistency. Add the remaining products and grind again to make a sauce.

Salza verde can be served immediately, but it is best to stay in the refrigerator overnight or for at least a few hours.
