Required products :

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 tea cup chopped cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 200 grams of frozen peas
  • 1 chapata

Method of preparation :

Cut the fish into sticks. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice of the fruit. Season the fish with the rind and half of the juice.

Sprinkle with wholemeal flour and salt.

Grate the apples, carrots and pour the remaining lemon juice. Mix the hot sauce and yogurt and pour over the vegetables.

Boil the peas for 3 minutes in boiling water, then mash and season.

Heat the ciabatta bread for 5 minutes in the oven.

Fry the fish fillets in a pan for 6-8 minutes until done.

Cut the bread in half and spread with pea puree. Put some of the cabbage salad and the salmon on top. Serve with a garnish of baked sweet potatoes and additionally from the cabbage salad.
