How To Cook Salmon With Crispy Bread Crust And Pomegranate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons sumac
  • 3 slices of old bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • for pomegranate dressing:
  • 1 grated lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 15 grams of parsley, chopped

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (with a fan - 180 degrees).

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place the salmon on top (skin side down).

In a bowl, mix the cumin, cinnamon, sumac and 1 tablespoon of salt, then rub the spices into the fish.

In a blender, grind the bread with olive oil and sprinkle the fish, then bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, pomegranate seeds and parsley (keep some of it for decoration).

When the fish is cooked, pour the remaining parsley fillet and pour the dressing.
