How To Cook Salmon With Mushrooms, Cream And Grilled Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Salmon with mushrooms, cream and grilled yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chilled salmon
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 500 grams of yellow cheese
  • 400 grams of sour cream (can be replaced with 350 grams of mayonnaise)


Method of preparation :

Peeled fish cut into pieces 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Cut the mushrooms into slices and grate the yellow cheese.

Place a sheet of yellow cheese on a sheet of aluminum foil, so that the area covered with it is the size of a piece of salmon. Put mushrooms on this base, and then a portion of fish, which on one side you spread with cream / mayonnaise (put the fish with the spread side down). Then smear the other side and cover it with mushrooms and cheese.

Wrap with foil several times (to obtain 3-4 layers of coating). In the same way, prepare the remaining salmon and grill. Of course, you could also use the oven, but charcoal is tastier.
