Peeled fish cut into pieces 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Cut the mushrooms into slices and grate the yellow cheese.
Place a sheet of yellow cheese on a sheet of aluminum foil, so that the area covered with it is the size of a piece of salmon. Put mushrooms on this base, and then a portion of fish, which on one side you spread with cream / mayonnaise (put the fish with the spread side down). Then smear the other side and cover it with mushrooms and cheese.
