How To Cook Salty Baskets With Mascarpone And Roasted Tomatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250-300 grams of salty biscuits with a taste of your choice
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of mascarpone
  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the biscuits in a blender, grind and pour them into a bowl. Add the melted butter and make a dough. Distribute in muffin tins and press to take their shape. Cool for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover the pan with a sheet of parchment and put the tomatoes. Season to taste with spices and olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes and cool. In another bowl, place the mascarpone, add the garlic, dill, parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir until smooth and distribute in the salt baskets. Arrange the roasted tomatoes on top and garnish with green spices of your choice.
