How To Cook Salty Potato Cake With Cream Cheese, Eggs And Pickles - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 kilograms of potatoes
  • 7-8 eggs
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • a few cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • 3-4 pickles
  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • pinch of salt, black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon fillet
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley

 

for the filling

 

  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 200 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • 300 grams of ham, finely chopped
  • 2 pickles, cut into cubes
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the potatoes and eggs. Cool and peel them. Cut the eggs in half and cut the potatoes into slices.
Arrange some of them on a plate or tray. Make the filling by mixing mayonnaise with melted cheese, ham, cucumbers, chopped dill, salt and mix until smooth.

Spread it on the potatoes and arrange a second row of them. Continue in the same way as you finish with the salt cream. Mix the cream cheese with a tablespoon of mayonnaise and put the mixture in a kitchen bag. Decorate the edges and surface of the cake.

Arrange halved tomatoes, eggs and olives between them. Garnish with fine slices of salmon, pickles and eggs. Crush a few egg yolks and cover the cake with them. Arrange a few more items of your choice and cool. Cut, serve and enjoy.
