Required products :

  • 500 grams of diced pumpkin
  • 2 red apples, cut horizontally and cleaned of seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 8 sausages (you can also use vegetarian)
  • 50 grams of feta

for the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons wholemeal mustard

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 220 degrees (with a fan at 200). Put the apples, pumpkin, garlic and 2 sprigs of rosemary in a pan. Cut the third stalk of rosemary into small pieces and remove its stems.

Prepare the glaze by mixing all the products in a bowl and pour them over the pumpkin. Stir and bake for 25 minutes.

Add the sausage and bake for another 18-20 minutes, until done.

Crush the cheese before serving.
