Required products :

1/2 cup semolina
400 ml of high fat liquid cream (20-22%)
1/2 cup of nuts optionally
3 teaspoons brown sugar
120 g strawberry jam
oil

Method of preparation :

Pour the cream into a wide fireproof dish and place in the oven at 160 degrees.

When yellow foam appears on the surface, carefully remove it and place on a plate, and return the cream to the oven. Repeat the procedure once more.

Pour the selected nuts into a pan, pour 1 tablespoon of water and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.

Put the dish on the stove and caramelize the nuts. Once cool, set aside a little for decoration, and cut the rest with a knife.

When you remove the cream foam a second time, transfer the latter to the pan and place on the hob.
Add the third teaspoon of sugar and semolina.

Let the porridge cook over low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly.

Cut the foam and add it to the mixture. Stir.

Grease the fireproof dish in which you made the foam with oil and put 1/3 of the porridge, and on it half of the strawberry jam.

Followed by a layer of half chopped nuts, again semolina, jam, nuts.

Finish the arrangement with semolina and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

Put the dessert in the oven and bake until a caramel crust forms on the surface.

Serve with a glass of fresh milk (maybe hot, maybe cold).

Enjoy your meal!
