How To Cook Semolina Porridge With Pears, Raisins And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of semolina
1 liter of fresh milk
2 pears
100 grams of raisins
20 grams of butter
30 grams of brown sugar
ground cinnamon to taste
2-3 pinches of salt or to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil. When this happens, add the semolina, stirring constantly. Let it cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

Peel a pear, grate it and cut it in half. Then cut into small cubes and fry in butter for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and add raisins. Add the sugar, cinnamon and 1-2 minutes later remove the fruit from the heat.

Distribute the prepared porridge in plates or bowls, add the aromatic pears and pour the sauce that has formed in the pan during frying.

Serve immediately.
