Required products :

  • 100 grams of sesame seeds
  • 50 grams of pitted dates
  • 50 grams of peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method of preparation :

Crush the sesame seeds, peel the raw peanuts, then roast the two products in a dry pan. This should happen with constant stirring, so as not to burn (because then the taste of halva will deteriorate).

Then grind until smooth with a blender, add the dates, honey and beat again. It takes about 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Transfer it to a container, which you can cover with a sheet of stretch foil if desired. Compact and refrigerate until the halva has cooled and set.

If you distribute the sweet combination in silicone ice molds, you will enjoy original halva candies.

Enjoy!
