Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 15 grams of granulated sugar
  • 70 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Roast the seeds in a hot dry pan, be sure to stir during the process. Then transfer them to a blender, grind and bake the flour in the same pan.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, stir and wait for the mixture to boil. Boil the syrup over low heat, stirring, until the crystals melt. Then remove the pan from the heat.

Separately mix the baked flour and ground sesame seeds, pour the oil and stir. Pour the warm sugar syrup in a thin stream and stir again.

Adjust the consistency of the mixture using baked flour or milk syrup, depending on the density.

Line a suitable baking dish with parchment paper and pour the halva into it. Press it with your hands to thicken the layer and leave to cool.
