Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of cooked chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 heads of garlic, unpeeled
  • 1 stalk fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper and paprika
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, arrange the garlic heads in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake. Cool, separate the garlic from the skins and put it in a blender.

Add chickpeas, lemon juice, parsley and sesame oil. Beat until the products are mixed and add sesame seeds, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Beat again and pour the mixture into a bowl. Cool, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
