Required products :

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (white)

3 - 4 pitted dates

4 teaspoons water

1/2 or 1 banana

pinch of sea salt

a drop of natural vanilla essence if desired

honey to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the sesame seeds with cold water, which should cover them completely. Leave to stand for 8 hours (you can store in the refrigerator).

Then drain the water using gauze or a strainer. Pour sesame seeds in a blender, add the dates, add a pinch of sea salt and vanilla extract if desired, pour clean water.

Beat everything until the sesame seeds turn to powder and the liquid acquires a characteristic milky color.

Strain the drink, add the sliced ​​banana (or other fruit of your choice), honey and beat once more in the blender.

Sesame milk is ready.
