Learn how to cook "Sesame sauce with dates, avocado and garlic (for vegetables)". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 yellow sweet pepper
1 avocado
50 grams sesame
50 milliliters lemon juice
3 dates
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
50 milliliters of water
Method of preparation :
Fill the dates with water and leave them in it for 2 hours.
Peel an avocado and cut it into pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop it randomly.
Put the avocado, pepper and dates (pitted) in the blender bowl together with the water in which you soaked. Add garlic, spices, sesame seeds, pour lemon juice.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous sauce, which is a suitable addition to fresh vegetables.
