Necessary products:

 

  • 350 grams of boiled cauliflower
  • 80 milliliters
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 200 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 400 grams of ground beef or lamb
  • sprig of rosemary
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks of chopped chervil
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 200 milliliters of beef broth
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, finely chop the cauliflower, add salt, pepper, garlic clove and mash. Add the butter, parmesan, pour the broth and continue beating. Spread the resulting homogeneous mixture on the bottom of a pan, and set aside the rest for later.

Saute the mushrooms in a pan, add the minced meat cut into small pieces and season with rosemary. Stir and add onion, garlic, paprika, chervil, tomato paste and broth. Stew the mixture for 10-15 minutes, remove the lid and cook until the liquid is reduced.

Spread the filling in the pan, cover with the remaining mashed cauliflower and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the dish, cut into portions and serve warm.
