How To Cook Shredded Pie With Leeks, Green Onions And Dill - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of pie crusts
  • 200 grams of grated cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bunches of fresh onions
  • 1-2 stalks of leeks
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 50 milliliters of carbonated water
  • oil and grease

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease a suitable pan, take 2 crusts, chop them finely and cover it. In a pan pour a little oil and fry the chopped onion, leek and dill.

Stir, add salt, cool and distribute the filling in the pan. Take two more crusts, chop them, sprinkle with cheese and continue the order in the same way.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the yogurt, soda water, stir and pour over the pie. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake until golden brown.

When ready, grease with oil, spray with cold water and wrap with a towel. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste.
