  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tea cup chicken broth
  • 500 grams of shrimp (cleaned)
  • 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. As fettuccine often sticks, add a little olive oil if needed. At the last minute, add the broccoli to cook.

Meanwhile, while the pasta is cooking, put the butter in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the broth and 1 teaspoon of salt and half a tablespoon of pepper. Once the liquid boils, add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they change color and turn pink. Transfer the shrimp to a plate.

In the pan add the tomato sauce, cream and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the pasta to the sauce, stir and add the broccoli and shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
