800 grams of shrimp
50 grams of butter
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
200 ml sour cream

Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, add the garlic and simmer lightly. Add the cream, mix everything and bring to a boil. The sauce is ready. Then, put the peeled shrimp in the pan and stew for 8-9 minutes. Finally add the parsley and stir. Remove the shrimp and leave the sauce on the stove until it thickens slightly.
