How To Cook Shrimp With Tomato, Garlic And Couscous - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Shrimp with tomatoes, garlic and couscous". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 1 teaspoon couscous
  • 1 teaspoon kale
  • 500 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large cloves of garlic - cut into slices
  • 20 large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

First you need to preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Take 4 pieces of aluminum foil measuring 30 x 30 centimeters. Fold two of them to make bowls and leave the others to cover.

Soak the couscous in a bowl with half a glass of warm water and wait for the liquid to be absorbed. Divide the kale into equal amounts in the aluminum containers you make. Add the couscous, again divided into two portions. Arrange the tomatoes, cut in halves, and the garlic. Place the shrimp on top, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover with the other pieces of foil and grip the end well to get pockets that are tightly sealed. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. When serving, cut with scissors "X" in the center of the aluminum foil and fold to the edges.
