How To Cook Skewers Of Three Types Of Marinated Meat (lamb, Pork And Beef) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Skewers of three types of marinated meat (lamb, pork and beef)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of lamb
  • 1 kg of pork
  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 onions
  • spices (red and black pepper, cumin, salt, parsley and others of your choice)
  • 40 milliliters of lemon juice
  • 40 milliliters of pomegranate juice
  • 50 grams of bacon

Method of preparation :

Wash the three types of meat, dry them and cut into pieces about 5-6 inches long and as thick as a finger. It is necessary to clean from any skins, veins and other unnecessary parts, leave only clean meat.

Then put each type of meat in a separate bowl, as the marinades are different.

Sprinkle the lamb with salt, paprika and cumin; beef - with salt, pepper, chopped onion and pour lemon juice, and season the pork with pepper, parsley, salt, onion and a little pomegranate juice.

Leave the meat to stand for a few hours to absorb the aromas of the spices.

Then intertwine the different pieces with each other and then string on skewers, starting each with a piece of bacon. Of course, you could also alternate beef, pork and lamb in any order.

Bake on the grill, turning on all sides until the meat bites are ready.

Serve the skewers while they are hot, and you can offer fresh vegetables for garnish.

Enjoy your meal!
