Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Sift the flour, add the spices, orange and lemon zest. Make a well in the flour and beat the eggs there, and add honey. Form a soft dough.
Sprinkle a plate with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
Cut 4 cm circles and arrange them in a tray.
Bake them for 12-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar with 4 teaspoons of cold water to make a glaze.
When the biscuits have cooled, spread the icing on them. Melt chocolate and make a decoration on it.
Consume gingerbread at least 24 hours after baking to make their taste as rich as possible.
Store for up to 1 month in a tightly closed box.
