How To Cook Smoked Fish Casserole, Mashed Potatoes With Cheese And Béchamel Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of smoked fish fillet (cod, mackerel)
  • 6 eggs
  • 600 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 150 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
  • 400 milliliters of Béchamel sauce
  • butter
  • connection fresh parsley
  • grated nutmeg
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • left


Method of preparation :

Boil the peeled potatoes in salted boiling water until completely soft. Then drain the water and add the shredded cheese, hot cooking cream to the potatoes and mash until you get a puree. Season it with grated nutmeg.

Boil the eggs hard and peel them after they have cooled enough. Cut them a little finely.

Cut the fish into small pieces while removing the bones.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and mix it with the fish and eggs.

Grease the bottom of a suitable baking dish with the butter and spread a layer of the fish-egg combination with parsley in it. Drizzle with Béchamel sauce.

Then carefully put the potatoes on them - 6-10 thin leaves of butter.

Place the pan in the oven that you have preheated to 200 degrees. Let the dish bake until a golden crust forms on the surface, for this you will need about half an hour.

Serve the casserole hot.
