How To Cook Smoked Salmon Plate With Vegetables And Caviar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 220 grams of baby potatoes (yellow, red or purple), washed and peeled
  • 220 grams of smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head red onion, cut into crescents
  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced ​​into circles
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced ​​into circles
  • 2 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut into circles
  • 8 teaspoons salmon caviar
  • 8 teaspoons capers, drained
  • 1 lemon, cut into 8 slices
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped + stalks for garnish
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • wholemeal bread cut into chunks

Method of preparation :

Pour 2 fingers of water into a saucepan with a steamer and bring to a boil. Pour the potatoes into the pan, cover and stew until soft. Allow to cool and cut into circles.

Arrange the salmon, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, eggs, caviar, capers and lemon slices on a plate or in a large plate.

Sprinkle with dill and pepper. Optionally, garnish with dill sprigs and serve.

You can prepare bites by spreading caviar on a whole-grain slice and garnishing with salmon and capers.
