How To Cook Smoked Salmon With Quinoa, Radishes And Dill - Recipe

This delicious and nutritious dish with smoked salmon, crispy cucumber, radishes and creamy dressing is a great choice for a healthy lunch.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch dill, chopped
  • 250 grams of boiled quinoa
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 4 radishes, cut into thin circles
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon, shredded

Method of preparation :

Prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream with lemon juice and half of dill, stir.

Mix the quinoa with the cucumbers, radishes and half the dressing. Season to taste and garnish with salmon and remaining dill. Serve the salad and sprinkle with the remaining dressing before serving.
