Required products :
 
1/2 chicken for boiling broth
1/4 smoked chicken
2 eggs
1 teaspoon canned sorrel (if you use fresh, scald it first)
1 large onion
1 carrot
100 grams of celery root
2 potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
 
Method of preparation :
 
Wash the chicken, put in a saucepan and pour 1.2 liters of water. Place the pan on the hob. Peel a carrot, onion and celery. Cut the celery and half the carrot into large pieces and place in the pot next to the chicken. Add 1/2 onion without chopping. Once the water boils, remove the foam, add salt to taste and let the meat boil with the vegetables for 40 minutes. Then strain the finished broth.
 
Cut the remaining onions into semicircles. Half of the carrot first cut into circles, from which then cut flowers or another figure using a suitable form.
 
Heat a tablespoon of oil and fry the onion in it. Add the carrot figurines.
 
Put the broth on the stove. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and pour them into the boiling broth.
 
5-7 minutes later put the fried onions and carrots.
 
Boil the eggs hard, cut the smoked chicken into small pieces. 
 
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the sorrel and smoked chicken.
 
Serve the soup with sliced ​​boiled eggs.
