Necessary products:

  • 1 connection fresh dock, pre-scalded
  • 300 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 liters water or broth
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1-2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 egg yolks

Method of preparation:

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, oil and finely chopped dock. Grate the carrots, onions, add them to the liquid and form balls of minced meat.

Roll them in flour and after boiling put them in the soup. Add the rice, black pepper, reduce the heat and simmer on low heat.

When ready, remove from heat and allow to cool. Season the dish with a mixture of beaten egg yolks, yogurt and a ladle of broth.

Mix until homogeneous and pour the build-up. Cut parsley, mint, sprinkle the soup, distribute portions and serve warm.
