Required products :

3 potatoes
sorrel and nettle to taste
chicken meat
chicken broth according to the amount of nettle and sorrel you will use a
bunch of green onions
1 egg
bay leaf a
few grains of pepper
1 onion
sour cream for serving


Preparation :
Boil broth from the meat, adding bay leaf, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Add the peeled and diced potatoes.
Wash the sorrel, scald the nettle with boiling water. Finely chop them together with the green onions. Beat the egg with a fork.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the green products to the broth in the same bowl and stir in the egg. When the mixture boils, turn off the stove.
The remaining meat, cut into small pieces and you can add to the soup or use to prepare another dish.
Serve with sour cream.
