If you are a fan of soups, but you are tired of eating chicken and balls, prepare this one with sausage, cream sauce and vegetables. Season with lemon and hot pepper if desired.

Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 500 grams of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, cut into slices
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 350 grams of chopped cabbage
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
  • 1/3 tea cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Method of preparation :

In a large saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of honey and fry the sausage until golden. Transfer to a plate.

Add the remaining oil and fry the onion, carrot and celery. Season with salt and pepper, when the vegetables soften, add the flour, and a minute later pour the broth.

Season again with salt and pepper to taste the broth.

Put the cabbage and potatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes - the potatoes should soften, but should not fall apart, so watch them. Return the sausage to the soup.

Add the cream and dill. Try and taste for the last time to taste.

Serve the soup hot.
