Necessary products:

2 pieces of smoked chicken

4-5 tablespoons sour cream (15-20%) or mayonnaise

6-7 potatoes

noodles - according to the desired density

2 medium carrots

1 large red sweet pepper

2 cloves garlic

parsley, dill

1 small onion

1-2 sec. l. butter

Bay leaf

spices to your liking

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat into pieces, pour cold water over it and cook. The meat can be any (wings or other), put, mostly for flavor, but if you prefer, use a larger amount.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them in boiling water with the meat. Dissolve the cream with the broth from the boiling soup so that no lumps form and pour into the pan. Then add a little oil (maybe 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil) and two bay leaves. When everything boils, add the finely chopped onion, grated carrot and pepper (preferably red to make it look more beautiful). If desired, maybe a little green onion. Cut a few cloves of garlic and add them to the soup. Bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper and whatever spices you prefer. Break the noodles, put it on.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, dill.

Enjoy your meal!
