How To Cook Soup With Green Beans, Carrots And Potatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Soup with green beans, carrots and potatoes". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 200 grams of blanched green beans, chopped
  • salt, black and red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • a few tomatoes, peeled and grated on a fine grater
  • 40 grams of finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Method of preparation:

Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the carrots, onions, tomatoes, potatoes and beans. Pour the broth and season with salt, black and red pepper to taste.

Stir and wait for the mixture to boil, then reduce the heat. Season the soup with savory, fresh parsley and celery.

Cook for 25-30 minutes and cool. Distribute in bowls and serve warm. Optionally, garnish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
