Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 800 grams of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1.5 liters of vegetable broth
  • 1/3 tea cup green lentils
  • 220 grams of lasagna crust
  • 3 teaspoons spinach
  • fresh basil for serving

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the onion (finely chopped). After 3-4 minutes, add the garlic, garlic paste, basil and oregano, cook for another 3 minutes until the onion is translucent and the spices fragrant.

Add the canned tomatoes, vegetable broth, lentils and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.

Cut the lasagna skins into 5 cm pieces and add to the other products. Cook the dish for another 10-15 minutes until the lentils and pasta are cooked.

Add the spinach and remove from the heat.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
