Method of preparation :

  • 1 liter of soy milk
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 225 grams of gluten-free bread, cut into cubes (if possible, let it be older and harder)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or vegan fat variant)
  • freshly grated nutmeg for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Put the milk in a saucepan and heat. Add onion and garlic. Add the spices. Boil for 30 minutes. Finally strain and save only the milk. Return the milk to the saucepan and add the bread, stir and allow the sauce to thicken for 3-4 minutes.

Before serving, put the butter to melt, season to taste and sprinkle with nutmeg.
