How To Cook Spaghetti With Chicken Legs In Milk Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with chicken legs in milk sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 500 milliliters of milk with 2.5% fat
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • spices to taste (salt, pepper)

Method of preparation :

Pour water into a saucepan, put a tablespoon of salt and place the dish on the stove. Once the liquid boils, add the spaghetti (without breaking them) and cook until ready, stirring occasionally so that they do not stick together.

Then pour them into a colander to drain the water.

Cut the chicken legs into pieces of the size of your choice.

Peel and wash the onion head and both carrots. Cut them as shown in the next picture.

Fry the meat until golden, then reduce the heat and add the onion to the pan. Once lightly fried, add the carrots. Leave the mixture on the fire until semi-finished.

At this stage, pour the milk into the pan and bring to a boil. Then add 1.5 tablespoons of flour (if you replace milk with cooking cream, do not use flour).

If the sauce is too thick, dilute with a little water and wait for the liquid to boil again.

Arrange the spaghetti on a plate and place the chicken pieces on top, which you pour over the milk sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
