Required products :
300 grams of broken spaghetti
240 grams of frozen seafood mix
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
, 1 clove garlic
400 grams canned tomatoes
1 liter chicken broth
Method of preparation :
Heat olive oil in a suitable pan, add the peeled and finely chopped onions and garlic, fry them over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft. Then add the red pepper, chopped and peeled tomatoes, pour the broth and wait for it to boil.
Reduce the heat, pour the spaghetti over the other products and let them cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, add the thawed seafood mix, and 3 minutes later season to taste.
Serve the dish sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley and slices of lemon.
