Required products :
200 grams sour cream (thick yogurt) a
few sprigs of dill
about 1/2 tea cup chopped coriander leaves
2 cloves garlic
fresh hot pepper to taste a
few walnuts
ground black pepper to taste
hot red pepper flakes to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the coriander, dill, garlic and hot pepper (or part of it), cleaned of seeds and stalk.
Crush the walnuts in a mortar with a little salt.
If you do not have one, you can use a coffee grinder, blender or other suitable appliance.
Pour the cream (or yogurt) into a suitable bowl, add the chopped pepper, coriander, dill and garlic. Add salt, pepper and paprika flakes to taste.
Mix all products and add the crushed walnuts. Stir once more and taste. If necessary, season further.
Allow the sauce to stand for 1 hour so that the walnuts absorb the moisture of the aromatic milk.
You can then serve as a supplement to meat (especially cooked) poultry or fish.
