How To Cook Spicy Lamb Soup With Chickpeas And Lentils - Recipe

Required products :


1 teaspoon chickpeas
250 grams of lamb
250 grams of lentils
2 tablespoons rice
1 onion onion
ginger
1/2 hot pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 tablespoons olive
salt to taste
chopped fresh parsley to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fill chickpeas with water for 3 hours, then rinse, pour into a bowl 500 milliliters of clean water and boil the beans for about an hour.

Cut the lamb into cubes, onion - into semicircles, ginger and hot pepper (cleaned of seeds) - into thin straws.

Heat olive oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan and fry the ginger and hot pepper in it. Then add onion, lamb, turmeric, paprika, 5 minutes later chickpeas, lentils and rice. Let everything boil for 30 minutes. Finally, add salt to taste, sprinkle the soup with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
