  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 700 milliliters of water
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion and fry it until golden, add the chopped green peppers, turmeric and fry for another 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add finely chopped ginger and garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Mix everything, add the sliced ​​lamb fillet and fry for 5 minutes. It's time for the spinach, add salt to taste, stir with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes and pour the water.
