Learn how to cook "Spicy milk sauce with cheddar cheese and mustard". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons fresh milk
1 teaspoon cheese Cheddar
chili sauce to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, add the flour, mustard and stir until a homogeneous mixture, but do not allow it to change color.
Then slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly. No lumps should form. Let it cook for a minute until the sauce thickens a bit.
It's time for the cheese, add it, mix until smooth.
Remove the pan from the heat, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, add chili sauce (as desired).
The sauce is a suitable addition to vegetable garnishes (for example, cauliflower and broccoli with garlic), pies or chicken.
