Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with salted water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool, then peel and cut into cubes. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, peas, hot peppers and peppers, lemon juice and black sesame seeds, stir and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the fat heats up, fry the turmeric and fenugreek seeds in it until lightly browned, then pour them into the bowl with the potatoes and stir.
Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
