In Somalia, chefs usually use a variety of spices that give the dish a spicy taste and a very appetizing aroma. The combination between lemon and cinnamon with chicken probably doesn't look very good at first glance, but even after the first bite you will feel how captivating and pleasant it can be.

Required products :

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Marinate the chicken wings in the spices and refrigerate for a few hours.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

 

Bake in a foil-covered pan for 20 minutes, turn and bake for another 20 minutes or until done.

Serve the spicy chicken wings with a sauce of your choice.
